Member Agreement
Anyone
who joins Grizz's Safe Mail List shall agree to accept E-mail
messages from all the other members, to honor all remove
requests,
not to send excessful amounts of emails to the list (Please
limit to
around 3 a week), to use the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy)
feature on their
E-mail program so that the recipients of the messages are
suppressed,
Not to sign up using an autoresponder E-mail address, not
to spam the
URL addresses of any of the Grizz Safe Mail web sites in
any E-mail
message, and to include the following header in all
messages to any
Grizz Safe Mail List members -
This
message is NOT SPAM and is being sent to you because your
E-mail address is listed with Grizz's Safe Mail as a
"Safe To E-mail
Address". If you wish to be removed from that list,
please send a
message to: REMOVE-SafeMail@rrudder.com
and you will be removed from the list.
WE
DO NOT ALLOW ADULT MATERIAL TO BE SENT OUT IN
THIS SYSTEM. IF ANYONE SENDS OUT ADULT MATERIAL
THROUGH OUR SERVER THEN THEIR ACCOUNT WILL BE
TERMINATED WITHOUT REFUND.
If
you think Grizz's Safe Mail List is a good idea,
you can accept the
terms of the Member Agreement and you would like to join
- then Fill
out the order form with the Email address you want to
sign up
(no autoresponders are allowed).
Please do not signup using an autoresponder E-mail
address - they
will not be allowed on the list and will be removed from
the list on
discovery.
Upon
receipt of your Payment your site will be activated
and your address added to the list.
We
also have a ListServ that you will be added to.
This allows you to send one email and it will
go to the complete List. The sames addresses are on both
the ListServ and the Downloadable list.
